Jessie, Awesome blog! I could relate so much to your writer journey (”career,” looming 30s, low-res). I would love to read that Buffy poem. I was just telling a couple of poets that I wanted to be Buffy (they looked at me like I was crazy). And thanks for the book suggestions.
